Neodymium Plain Hole Magnets

Neodymium plain hole magnets are part of neodymium ring magnets or neodymium disc magnets1. They are made of high-quality neodymium magnets containing the elements neodymium, iron, and boron1. NdFeB magnets are permanent magnets and the most widely used type of rare earth magnets.

These plain hole magnets have a cylindrical shape with a plain hole through the center of the magnet. They are often used in applications where you need a strong magnetic field within a specific and limited space – usually in an iron housing. They include motors, generators, voice coil actuators (VCA), magnetic bearings, magnetic couplings, hard disk drives (HDD), MRI machines, linear actuators, loudspeakers.
